Cancellation Policy

At FURIIO, orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@furiio.com and include your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible returns may be requested in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If FURIIO is unable to fulfill an order due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or operational issues, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
